CALIPSO/CloudSat: Rocket launch campaign

Watch Boeing technicians assemble the Delta 2 rocket for launch of the CALIPSO and CloudSat spacecraft in this narrated movie. The stages are hoisted into the Space Launch Complex 2-West launch pad at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Then the payloads were mounted atop the vehicle and enclosed within the rocket's nose cone.
