CALIPSO/CloudSat: Delta 2 rocket engine steering check

This movie shows the Boeing Delta 2 rocket undergoing an engine steering test during the April 25 countdown for the CALIPSO and CloudSat launch. Close-up cameras at the Space Launch Complex 2 watch as the first stage RS-27A main engine nozzle and vernier thrusters are gimbaled to ensure all is working properly to steer the rocket during flight.
