CALIPSO/CloudSat: Launch scrubbed again

Unfavorable high-altitude winds force the Boeing Delta 2 rocket launch of CALIPSO and CloudSat to be scrubbed on April 25. The decision was announced just moments before the countdown was expected to resume ticking at T-minus 4 minutes.
