Officials from NOAA, NASA, National Weather Service, Boeing and the Air Force give this pre-launch news briefing from Kennedy Space Center on May 23, the eve of liftoff for the GOES-N weather satellite aboard a Delta 4 rocket from Cape Canaveral.
