STS-121: Briefing on post-scrub foam loss from Discovery's external tank

Following a special Mission Management Team meeting to discuss the loss of foam from a fuel line support bracket on the external tank, officials held this news conference to report on the situation. Briefers include John Shannon, the MMT chairman, John Chapman, the tank project manager, Mike Leinbach, the launch director, and Lt. Kaleb Nordgren, Air Force meteorologist.
