STS-115 astronaut interviews: Mission Specialist Joe Tanner

When you talk about unfurling giant solar array wings from the space station, astronaut Joe Tanner is an expert. He flew on the STS-97 shuttle mission that delivered the first set of power-generating arrays to the outpost. He returns to space as mission specialist No. 1 on Atlantis' STS-115 mission to conduct the first and third spacewalks. Watch the preflight interview with this Illinois native.
