STS-115: Fuel cell causes scrub

The September 6 attempt to launch space shuttle Atlantis was scrubbed early in the morning due to a problem with fuel cell No. 1. Shuttle program manager Wayne Hale, deputy manager of the orbiter project office Ed Mango and weather squadron representative Lt. Col. Patrick Barrett hold this status briefing to describe the problem, the troubleshooting efforts and preview a possible next launch attempt.
