STS-115: Fuel sensor scrubs launch

A faulty engine cutoff sensor that measures the level of liquid hydrogen remaining in the external tank forces NASA to scrub the September 8 launch attempt of Atlantis. Launch director Mike Leinbach announces the delay and calls commander Brent Jett with the news.
