Delta 323/THEMIS: Launch pad assembly of rocket begins

The first stage of the United Launch Alliance Delta 2 rocket to launch NASA's THEMIS mission is trucked to Cape Canaveral's pad 17B and hoisted into the mobile service tower to begin pre-flight assembly operations.
