STS-120: Fuel tank modifications

Foam insulation and the underlying thermal material are removed from liquid oxygen feedline brackets on space shuttle Discovery's STS-120 external fuel tank. The removal was ordered after a piece of debris from a bracket fell off the last tank during launch.
