Spy satellite to be shot down

U.S. government officials unveil a plan to fire a missile at the falling NROL-21 spy satellite in an unprecedented attempt to break up the dead craft and disperse its load of toxic hydrazine rocket fuel before it can re-enter and possibly pose a threat to the public.
