NASA administrator Michael Griffin is joined by Bill Gerstenmaier, associate administrator for Space Operations, LeRoy Cain, chair, Mission Management Team, Mike Leinbach, shuttle launch director, and Keiji Tachikawa, JAXA president following the successful launch of space shuttle Discovery and Japanese laboratory module, Kibo.
