NASA unveils lunar exploration architecture at news briefing

This news conference from Sept. 19 at NASA Headquarters announces the agency's blueprint for building the future spacecraft and launch vehicles needed for mankind's return to the lunar surface in the next decade. The exploration plan will use space shuttle-derived pieces and a larger version of the Apollo capsule.
