Space Launch Complex-6: Shuttle boosters stacked

In January 1985, a pair of inert space shuttle solid rocket boosters were stacked atop the Space Launch Complex-6 pad at Vandenberg Air Force Base for a practice pre-flight campaign at the new West Coast shuttle facility.
