STS-108: Let Freedom Roar

Space shuttle Endeavour's STS-108 mission was the first following the September 11th terrorist attacks on America. In the final minutes of the launch countdown, commander Dom Gorie proclaimed "Let Freedom Roar." The shuttle crew narrates the highlights from the flight, which exchanged the Expedition 3 and 4 crews living aboard the space station.
